A free event on health care fraud and abuse is scheduled to take place at Miami Dade College’s Medical Campus, 950 NW 20th St., on March 30 at 11:30 a.m.
The event is targeted to teach students about what experts say is one of the nation’s biggest scams.
In order to ensure that students can attend, the Medical Campus has two different locations where students can attend the informational event: Room 1175 and Room 2101.
