I was so delighted to read about The Reporter’s adviser, Manolo Barco, being inducted into the Florida College System Activities Association’s Hall of Fame. He is most deserving of such a high honor.
For the past dozen years, Manolo has guided the student staff to numerous national and state awards, and, just as important, has led the students to publishing a newspaper that is informative and interesting to read.
I am so happy for Manolo, and as his former professor, he has made me very proud.
