Study Abroad Program In China Offered To MDC Students

The Miami Dade College School of Entertainment and Design Technology will offer its very first study-abroad program in Xuzhou, China at the Jiangsu Normal University during Summer A of this year.

Two courses will be offered and taught by MDC faculty, a designing course and a Chinese class.

cost per student for this program is estimated at $3,100. Students are encouraged to use their financial aid toward the expenses of the trip.

The length of the program will be six weeks.

The first week will be spent at MDC, weeks two to five will be spent at JNU in China, and the last week will be used as a post-travel analysis with work presentations.

The deadline for the application is Feb. 25.
