Affordable Care Act Enrollment Assistance Now Available At MDC

Staff from the Epilepsy Foundation, Health Council of South Florida and other community partners are helping with Affordable Care Act Enrollment Assistance on campuses through Feb. 15.

Services are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and are held in the Computer Courtyard at the North, Wolfson, Kendall, Homestead, and InterAmerican Campuses. This is meant to provide budget-friendly insurance options to the public.

Everyone is encouraged to call the number associated with their campus to make an appointment and get more information. For North Campus: 1-877-553-7453, Wolfson: 786-708-0836, Kendall: 786-708-0836, Homestead: 1-877-553-7453, and InterAmerican: 786-762-3024.

The program will run through Feb. 15.

Anyone who already has insurance is free to explore plans that may better suit their needs. The service is free and open to the public.
