MDC Hosts Virtual Workshop For Minority-Owned Small Businesses

Miami Dade College is hosting the Small, Local Business and Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises Virtual Workshop on May 25 at 10 a.m. via Microsoft Teams.

The workshop hopes to contribute to the economic stability and growth of locally-owned minority small businesses.

Attendees will learn how to establish partnerships with MDC’s Minority & Small Business Enterprise Office, better negotiate supply needs through the website E-Supplier, and how to find government bid opportunities through the bid notification and submission system BidNet.

There will also be a discussion about upcoming bid opportunities in goods and services, architecture, engineering and construction management.

The online event is free and open to the public.
