Sins, Not Tragedies: Rock group Panic! At The Disco lit up the stage of the Jackie Gleason Theater on Feb. 8.

Blinding lights, screaming fans, chest-pounding vibrations: everything you need to recreate Panic! At the Disco’s sold-out concert at The Jackie Gleason Theater in Miami Beach on Feb. 8.

Everyone who was there got to experience the night of their lives as Brendon Urie, the main singer of the band, sung numerous fan favorites like, “Miss Jackson” and “I Write Sins Not Tragedies.”

As the night went on, a short pause took place during the show as Urie, re-appearing on stage with his band without a shirt on, began to sing the song “Girl/Girl/Boy” from their new album titled Too Weird To Live, Too Rare To Die! This caused a great uproar of excitement from the fans as numerous girls proceeded to scream to their hearts content.

This was not the only sign of the enjoyment the crowd gave off as Urie began to place upon the microphone’s stand the bras of girls who nonchalantly tossed them onto the stage. As he placed them on the stand, he chuckled at the crowd’s reaction toward him and called the bras his “trophies” in a joking manner as he continued to rock the night away.

PATD was not the only band that did very well that night however. One of the opening acts, a band from California named The Colourist, stated that it was their first time playing in Miami and really enjoyed being able to come down here and play for everyone. The crowd moved and clapped for joy as they played through the night and it appeared as though they had completely forgotten that they were there to see PATD perform that night. Although, as The Colourist played their last song of the night, the short lived sense of amnesia was washed away as the group began to ask the crowd if they were excited to see PATD perform, which the crowd instantly answered with more screams and cheers.

It’s safe to say that a majority of people who attended the concert that night left very satisfied and happy to have attended the event.
