Popular Latin And American Urban Music To Merge At Soulfrito
On February 22, Sun Life Stadium will host Soulfrito The Urban Latin Music Festival.
Soulfrito is the nation’s only annual urban Latin music festival that merges popular and upcoming artists from every genre of urban music onto one stage. It is a platform for upcoming artists to interact and share their music with a primarily Hispanic audience. The festival also connects bands looking to connect with the multicultural Hispanic market.
Soulfrito premiered in 2002, contributing to the careers of artists such as Pitbull, Aventura and Wisin Y Yandel.
This year, two leading urban artists will perform on the same stage for the first time. Nas, one of today’s leading hip-hop artists, will perform alongside Puerto Rican artist, Don Omar. Their performance represents the synthesis of U.S. and Hispanic artistic expression in America. In addition, performances by Juicy J, Victor Manuelle, Hector “El Torito” Acosta, Sensato, Plan B, Calma Carmona, DJ Camilo and DJ Enuff have been confirmed.
Tickets are currently available on Ticketmaster.
