On January 25 the Homestead Campus, 500 College Terrace, will host an Enroll America Informational workshop on the Affordable Care Act.
The Affordable Care Act or “Obama Care,” is a federal statute signed into the law by president Barack Obama to increase the affordability of health insurance and to lower the uninsured rate.
Trained volunteers will answer questions and guide MDC students and public through the application process.
The workshop will in the computer courtyard in building D, Room 206 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This event is free and open to the public, other workshops will be held in February and March.
