Free Internet Available For Pell Grant Recipients

Florida Pell Grant recipients are eligible for free internet service sponsored by the Affordable Connectivity Program.

The federal initiative helps low-income households obtain internet access by providing two affordable internet plans and a monthly credit of up to $30 that can be used to pay them.

Available monthly plans include 50 Mbps internet service for $9.95 and a 100 Mbps internet service for $29.95.

Eligible recipients must be current Pell Grant recipients, show proof of identity and residency and demonstrate a household income that is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
