Venture Miami Scholarship Accepting Applications

The Venture Miami Scholarship is accepting applications until Jan. 9.

In partnership with The Miami Foundation and the City of Miami, the scholarship covers tuition costs for at-need residents accepted into a STEM program at Florida International University, Florida Memorial University, the University of Miami or Miami Dade College. 

Eligible students must be United States citizens or legal permanent residents, high school seniors or recent graduates within the last four years, a Miami resident for three consecutive years and be eligible to receive a Pell Grant under the Free Application for Federal Student Aid guidelines. 

Applicants must show proof of residency and the completion of the FAFSA Student Aid Report and a questionnaire.
