American Dream Scholarship Accepting Applications

The American Dream Scholarship is accepting applications until Aug. 31.

Eligible candidates must have earned a high school diploma, GED, or home school diploma in Miami-Dade County between May and July of 2026. 

Other requirements include enrollment at Miami Dade College of 12 or more credits during Fall 2026, a minimum high school GPA of 3.0 and complete 2026-27 FAFSA.

The scholarship covers in-state tuition for up to 60 credits toward the completion of an associates in arts or associates in science. It will only be applied after all other resources have been used on tuition or fees, including SharkPack.
