North Campus professor Geoffrey Philp published an ebook version of his 2007 book Grandpa Sydney’s Anancy Stories on Sept. 30.
The story is about a young boy who overcomes a terrorizing bully by using the morals of a well-known Caribbean folktale Anancy, Snake and Tiger
Caribbean children are often bullied because they are seen as “different”, added Philp the author of the book, who said he was “often the target of bullies” when he was younger.
