College students are being urged to use a new IPhone and Android social planning application known as GiddyUp, in order to make planning for study groups easier.
“The idea is to really mobilize and informalize Evite”, said Elliot Goldwater, one of the founders of GiddyUp.
The founders of the app wanted to find an easier, more efficient way, to organize group gatherings and events.
The application is free and anyone with a smartphone can be invited to an event via text message.
