Ambassador João Vale de Almeida, the Head of the Delegation of the European Union to the United States, will speak at Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus, 300 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Feb. 23 in Room 1261 at 11:15 a.m.
Students and faculty will have the opportunity to hear from the ambassador speak about the state of the European Union, its economy and the road to recovery.
Vale de Almeida will open the floor to questions from attendees. He will also speak at the Freedom Tower, 600 Biscayne Boulevard, later that day, at 6 pm.
