MDC Hosts Cuban Art

Miami Dade College’s Freedom Tower, 600 Biscayne Boulevard, will showcase Cuban art from the Cintas Fellows Collection.

The collection is the largest of Cuban Art outside of Cuba and will be on display from Oct. 27 to Dec. 4. This exhibition is open to the public, at no charge.

“Not all artwork will be displayed, the collection consists of 300 works of art from the finest Cuban artists from the island,” said Wanda Texon, associate director for curatorial affairs at MDC’s Art Gallery System.
