Miami Dade College’s Annual 5K Run/Walk For Education

The 5K Run/Walk for Education fundraiser will be held at Kendall Campus on Dec. 5 at 7:30 a.m. at the Theodore R. Gibson Health Center, 11011 S.W. 104 St., building 7000. The event is open to students, faculty and community members of any age. The $25 early registration entry fee runs until Dec. 4. Registration on the day of the event fee is $40.

The proceeds will fund upcoming and exceptional athletes in need of financial assistance. At the event there will be fun activities for all ages including a fitness zone, bounce house, rock climbing, a DJ, and much more.

The top three male and female runners will be recognized with medals. All children under the age of  nine receive participation medals.
