Asian Cuisine Arrives At The Miami Culinary Institute

Miami Culinary Institute logo.The Miami Culinary Institute (MCI) will offer Cooking from the Far East, a class where participants will learn how to cook Asian cuisine from chef and MCI instructor Anthony Liotti. The class will be held on Feb. 6 at 9 a.m. for $250 at the MCI Kitchen Lab, 300 N.E. 2nd Ave., Room 9401.

Participants will learn three different meals: miso broth with tofu and seafood, hoisin glazed salmon and Shanghai (baby) bok choy.
