Food And Clothing Drive At Hialeah Campus

The sixth-annual Food and Clothing Drive at Hialeah Campus, 1780 W. 49th St., will run until Dec. 12.

All items donated go to a non-profit organization called The Lodge, a victim’s response center.

Toys and clothing can be donated as long as they are in good condition.  Items for the drive can be dropped off at the iCED office at the Student Life Center.

Students who make donations will be awarded Service Learning hours.

“The reason behind this is to help other people with necessities who don’t have much,” said Maria Mollinebo, a student assistant at the Hialeah Campus Student Life Department.
