Funds For Student Journalists

The Society of Professional Journalists of Florida is offering a $2,500 scholarship to students who wish to pursue a career in journalism.

Eligible students must be a Florida resident attending (or planning to attend) a Florida college or university full-time during the award period (Fall 2016). Applicants must plan on pursuing a career in journalism and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Applications must be received by Wednesday, June 1, 2016.
