The Miami Dade College Culinary Institute is hosting a two-hour gingerbread house decorating workshop on Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. at the Food & Wine Theatre at Wolfson Campus, 415 NE 2nd Ave., Room 9301.
“This is a great opportunity for family to get in the holiday season and spend more time with their families especially those with younger kids,” said Jesus Vazquez, program coordinator of the Miami Culinary Institute.
Tickets are on sale for $50 per pair and $15 per additional child, with a maximum of two children permitted per adult. Materials include one gingerbread house and decorations. The event is open to the public. Participants must be at least five-years-old.
