Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program Is Accepting Applications

Miami Dade College is inviting business owners to apply for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program through Oct. 15.

The 12-week initiative, which starts on Jan. 21 at Wolfson Campus, seeks to help entrepreneurs grow their businesses through classroom learning, one-on-one coaching, and networking.

“We teach on the breath of knowledge and business,” said Scott Byrd, director of outreach and entrepreneur recruitment. “We try to give everyone the experience of a leader so they can develop the best of their craft.”

Applicants must be at least 21 years old. They must also be owners or co-owners of a business that has been operating for at least two years, has a minimum of two employees and has earned $75,000 within the last fiscal year.
