Hialeah Campus To Host Community Job Fair On June 23

Hialeah Campus will host the Hialeah Cares: Community Job Fair in collaboration with the City of Hialeah and councilwoman Monica Perez on June 23. 

The event will take place at the campus—located at 1780 W 49th Street—inside the student services commons lobby in room 5101. It will include two sessions: one from 10 a.m to 1 p.m. and another one from 5-8 p.m.

Attendees will have the opportunity to apply and interview for part-time and full-time positions with 50 companies including Sonesta Miami Airport, the Miami Marlins, Univision, The Miami Foundation, and more.

The Hialeah Cares: Community Job Fair is free and open to the public. Tickets for the event can be found here.

Diana Lima, 19, is a chemical engineering major at North Campus. Lima, who graduated from Miami Lakes Educational Center in 2020, will serve as a forum and briefing writer for The Reporter during 2021-2022 school year. She aspires to become a research and development chemist and work in the pharmaceutical industry.
