How To Request Transcripts From MDC

For most institutions to process transfer applications, students are required to send their official Miami Dade College transcripts. Transcripts are available at any time for a $5 fee per copy.

Students may request their official academic transcripts online, through my.mdc.edu by emailing  transcriptservices@mdc.edu, or by postal mail.

Most transfer institutions are listed on the transcript request form in the website, but others require students to find the appropriate mailing address to send the official transcripts to.

To order by mail or email, students must complete and send a transcript request form, along with a photocopy of a valid picture ID.

The mail request must be sent to Miami Dade College, Attention: Transcript Processing Services, 11011 S.W. 104 St., Room R301 Miami, Florida 33176-3393.

Many Florida Universities have deadlines in July. The process of requesting and sending official transcripts takes from two to 15 days.

The College will not issue transcripts to students who still owe fines and other financial obligations.
