Instrumental Chamber Music Concert At Kendall

Kendall Campus, 11011 S.W. 104th St., is hosting its Instrumental Chamber Music Concert on April 8 at noon in Room 8122.

The concert will feature six Instrumental Chamber Music groups and approximately 25 students performing on a wide-range of instruments.

“The Kendall Campus Instrumental Chamber Music Program is a vibrant program unusual outside of conservatories like Juilliard and Harid,” said David Brubeck, the main organizer of the Instrumental Chamber Music Concert. “The fact that we accomplished this with only freshmen and sophomores is nearly unprecedented. Our faculty is dedicated and outstanding in their own right, both as performers and coaches.”

Typically, there is one concert per semester, but the groups are playing in various combinations every week.

The event is open to the public.
