MDC and FAU Sign New Articulation Agreement

Miami Dade College and Florida Atlantic University established a new articulation agreement on March 15 that allows MDC students a smooth transition into FAU’s College of Engineering and Computer Science programs.

Students who earn a bachelor’s degree in data analytics from MDC will have a direct pathway into the master’s degree program in artificial intelligence at FAU. In addition, those who graduate with a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering technology can earn a master’s degree in computer engineering in one year at FAU.

The new agreement expands upon pre-existing pathways for MDC students at FAU.

As established from previous agreements, students who earn a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering technology at MDC qualify for admission to the biomedical and engineering master’s programs at FAU.

Students with a bachelor’s degree in information systems technology or in data analytics from MDC can earn a master’s degree in information technology and management master’s from FAU.
