MDC And UM Launch Criminal Justice Articulation Agreement

Miami Dade College students who earn a bachelor’s degree in public safety management now have a new opportunity.

On May 10, MDC signed an articulation agreement that provides graduates of the program a pathway into the University of Miami’s international administration or criminology and criminal justice master’s degree programs.

To be eligible, students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, complete a personal statement and provide three letters of recommendation.

Once enrolled, full-time students can complete the degree in one year. Depending on availability, UM will also offer a 50 percent tuition waiver.
