Miami Dade College To Open School Of Government

Miami Dade College has partnered with José Ortega and Gasset-Gregorio Marañon Foundation to open a School of Government to promote international perspective to students and the community.

The Gregorio Marañon Foundaton, an organization in Spain that focuses on humanities and social sciences, will contribute its vast network of cultural resources and educational services while MDC will contribute its teaching experience and influence for promoting social development.

The new school is being established for government leaders throughout Latin America and it will benefit from the expertise of Enrique V. Iglesias, the former secretary general of the Iberoamerican General Secretariat, who will serve as an “honorary collaborator” in the project.
