Miami Dade College’s 2016 Commencement Ceremonies

Miami Dade College will host its 2016 commencement ceremonies for the College’s eight campuses on Saturday, April 30.

The commencement ceremonies will begin with Wolfson and Hialeah Campuses at 8 a.m. in the James L. Knight Center, 400 S.E. Second Ave. in Downtown Miami. The InterAmerican and Homestead Campuses’ event takes place at 10:30 a.m. in the Kendall Campus Gymnasium, 11011 S.W .104 St. Medical Campus commencement is at 1:30 p.m. in the James L. Knight Center. Kendall Campus commencement takes place at 3:30 p.m. in the Kendall Campus Gymnasium. North and West Campuses’ event is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. in the James L. Knight Center.

Information on speakers, honorees and graduating class statistics will be available in the next few weeks.

Kaylin Cantor, 19, is a mass communications/journalism major at North Campus. Cantor, a 2014 graduate of Westland Hialeah Senior High School, will serve as Photo Editor for The Reporter during the summer of 2015. Cantor aspires to work at CNN. Her interests include photography and making YouTube videos.
