Miami Dade College’s Museum of Art and Design Presents Anna Maria Maiolino

Miami Dade College’s Museum of Art and Design, 600 Biscayne Blvd, will host Entrevidas (Between Lives) by Anna Maria Maiolino on April 21 from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The performance-installation is composed of eggs laid across a floor to act as an obstacle course.  

Maiolino is a Brazilian-based artist whose work has been exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, The Drawing Center and Art in General in New York and the Camden Arts Centre in London.

The performance is part of the museum’s Living Together Series which presents film screenings, performance art and workshops focusing social, political and cultural issues.
