Miss MDC Homestead Pageant To Take Place Dec. 9

Six contestants will compete for the first-ever Miss MDC Homestead Pageant crown on Dec. 9.

The competition will take place from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the covered patio area of building F at Homestead Campus, 500 College Terrace, during its annual Toys for Tots toy drive.

Participants will be judged based on an opening dance, how they showcase school spirit based on their outfits and a question and answer portion that will feature evening gowns.

The event is limited to an audience of 45 people. Guests must bring a toy to donate to enter.

For more information, contact Homestead Campus’ Student Life program coordinator Lolisa Torbert at Ltorbert@mdc.edu.
