National Nuclear Security Administration Accepting Internship Applications

The Minority Serving Institutions Internship Program at the National Nuclear Security Administration is accepting internship applications for next summer.

To help future NNSA missions, applicants will be eligible to receive paid internships and research opportunities in different fields of study such as STEM, communication, management, business, policy and law.

Undergraduate recipients will be eligible to receive a weekly stipend of $750. During the summer, additional funding for commuting and housing costs will be given for the in-person segment of the internship. 

Short-term internships will begin on June 5, 2023 and end on Aug. 25, 2023 and long-term internships will begin on June 5, 2023 and end on May 31, 2024.

Eligible applicants must be United States citizens, have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be enrolled as a part-time or full-time undergraduate or graduate student and have a health insurance plan.
