National Organization Offers Online Mental Health Resources For Students

The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) has developed online mental health resources for students. Materials include infographics designed for students with the concerns about their own mental health, those who would like to help a friend, tips for managing a mental health condition in college, and a sheet on how to start a NAMI club on campus.

NAMI focuses on aiding people with mental illnesses while breaking down the stigma behind mental illnesses and bringing awareness to a cause that is beyond ourselves. They provide assistance in informing the public of different treatments, warning signs and meetings for families as well as individuals. Members and volunteers can assist in educating students on how they can spread the word on the importance of every living being who is combating a mental illness in their personal life.

More information on NAMI On Campus is available here: http://www.nami.org/Get-Involved/NAMI-on-Campus or email namioncampus@nami.org.
