New World School Of The Arts Wind Ensemble

The New World School of the Arts (NWSA) High School Wind Ensemble will showcase popular songs such as The Intrepid Fox by Freddie Hubbard, “Concerto for Clarinet by Artie Shaw, “Indian Summer by Victor Herbert and “Fly Me to the Moon” by Bart Howard, on Dec. 18 at Wolfson Campus, 300 N.E. Second Ave. in the Chapman Conference Center in building 3 at 7 p.m.

The Ensemble will perform advanced skills on wind instruments under the instruction of director Brent Mounger. The group rehearses a minimum of four hours per week and performs, on the average, twice each semester.

General admissions is $10 for students and $5 for seniors.
