North Campus Hosts The 2016 STEM Expo

The annual Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Expo will be held on Feb. 6 at North Campus’ Science Complex, 11380 N.W. 27 Ave. (building A), in partnership with Miami-Dade County Public Schools (M-DCPS).

Students, parents and teachers are invited to participate in a series of engaging STEM activities, including hands-on competitions, brain bowls and science projects presented by M-DCPS students. Participants can get involved in designing and testing several engineering and research projects throughout the event,  which starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 5 p.m.

Additionally, the Expo will offer information regarding the college’s summer programs,  applications and financial aid to any students and parents interested.
