North Campus Museum And Gallery Of Art And Design Presents Silent World Speaks Beauty

From August 15 through September 14, Miami-based photographer Otalio Soca will be displaying his newest art compilation at the Miami Dade North Campus Museum and  Gallery of Art and Design, 11380 NW 27th Ave, building 5.

Soca received his Bachelor in Fine Arts degree from the University of Miami. He traveled to China, New Zealand and Vietnam from 1995 through 2011,to capture the quietest sceneries.

This ten-photograph collection describes the idea of “landscape stillness.” Soca yearned to capture natural settings in a completely calm nature. He believes that “the satisfaction of taking the original photograph may only be surpassed when sharing it with others.”

The gallery is open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from noon until 6 p.m. and on Fridays from noon until 5 p.m.
