North Campus President Malou C. Harrison Receives Cameron Hall Practitioner Award

North Campus President Dr. Malou C. Harrison received the Cameron Hall Practitioner Award, an honor bestowed upon Florida College System student affairs practitioners that have regularly performed acts of humanitarianism and/or philanthropy throughout their administrative tenure.

Harrison was presented with the award by the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) at the 48th Annual Student Development Commission Conference on June 19.

Harrison, who also oversees MDC-West, has worked at MDC in a multitude of roles since 1989. She has served as Dean of Students, Chief of Staff to the College President and adjunct professor of English for academic purposes.
