PeaceJam Miami To Host Sin Embargo: Cuba through Cuban Eyes

PeaceJam Miami will present a photography exhibit entitled Sin Embargo: Cuba through Cuban Eyes on April 16 at the Eduardo J. Padrón Campus, 627 S.W. 27th Ave., Room 3113.

The exhibition will document Cuba’s culture, environment and tradition from an unbiased perspective. It also ties into the diplomatic relations between Cuba and the United States.

“I want to show a side of Cuba that nobody has seen before—different from the cigars and the old cars,” said Conor O’Brien, PeaceJam coordinator.

The event is free and open to the public.

For more information, contact Conor O’Brien at (305) 237-6617 or cobrien1@mdc.edu.
