For The Fallen: The Freedom Tower located at Downtown Miami was illuminated in LGBTQI pride colors on June 16 to remember the victims of the Orlando Shooting. Prior to the tower beingt lit, a candlelight vigil was held at the building’s front entrance.

Solidarity: Students hold hands at an event held by Minorities of the Future that served as a discussion about the recent shootings. The event featured spoken word and an open audience discussion. It was held at North Campus on July 14 in the 3000 building breezeway.
