En Garde: Luis Martinez, playing the lead role of Cyrano de Bergerac in Teatro Prometeo’s presentation of Cyrano Mio, is caught in concentration on September 20 as he shares a heroic tale about how he once defeated 100 men by himself. Jazz Man: Ed Calle plays the saxophone at the Wolfson Campus Auditorium on Sept. 25 at the kick-off event for the 16th season of the Jazz at Wolfson Presents series. The featured group was the Jazz Faculty Quintet made up of Calle, guitarist Mike Di Liddo, pianist Jim Gasior, bassist Rick Doll and drummer Rodolfo Zuniga. The monthly concerts series runs from September through April and is free to the public. DIVA MARTINEZ/THE REPORTER
