Pianist To Perform At Wolfson Campus’ Jazz Concert Series

Wolfson Campus, 300 N.E 2nd Ave., will host Cuban pianist Kemuel Roig on Oct. 16 at noon in Room 1261. 

Roig will perform original compositions as part of Jazz At Wolfson Presents, a year-round jazz series that welcomes diverse jazz musicians to Miami Dade College. 

He has performed with the likes of Arturo Sandoval, Chris Potter and Al Di Meola

Roig studied jazz performance at the College a decade ago under the guidance of Michael Di Liddo, a music professor and coordinator of the jazz series. 

The event is free and open to the public.
