Bands Will Make Her Dance: Kendall Campus students dance along to pounding Afro rhythms that tell a moving story about the life of a Nigerian composer and activist Fela Anikulapo Kuti. Garcia is the first Democratic Congressman of Hispanic descent in Florida. He will represent the 26th Congressional District.
