The MDC Foundation is accepting donations for their 2018 Class Gift Scholarship Fund until May 5. Students can donate at www.givecampus.com.
“Students are able to show an appreciation to Miami Dade College for all the opportunities that were offered to them at MDC and leave a new path of new opportunities to new incoming students,” said Yessenia Perez, annual fund manager at the MDC Foundation.
The Class Gift Scholarship Fund began in 2017 and $4,104 was raised. This year, the goal is to raise $2,018.
To receive a limited-edition alumni donor stole for the commencement ceremony, students must donate at least $20.18.
