Applications for the Hope For Healing Scholarship are being accepted from students working in any field related to addiction recovery or mental health treatment.
The scholarship is valued at $5,000. One recipient enrolled in an undergraduate college degree will be awarded.
Eligible applicants must be currently enrolled in a four-year degree program, have at least a 3.0 GPA and actively study in the mental and behavioral health or psychiatric nursing field.
Applicants must submit a brief application, high school or college transcripts, proof of college enrollment, documentation of their major and a long-response essay as to what the applicant hopes to contribute to the medical field.
Deadline to apply is Jan. 15. Winners will be announced on May 15.
