Interested in being part of the Miami Dade College Cheer and Spirit Club? Here is everything you need to know.
The club is hosting tryouts at A1 Athletics, 20841 Johnson St, in Pembroke Pines on May 4-5 from 7-9 p.m. Candidates must pay a $10 tryout fee and wear a black or royal blue tank top, T-shirt, with black shorts and athletic shoes. They must be enrolled at least part-time at any MDC campus.
The tryouts will consist of learning dances, cheers, and chants. Beginning on June 15, the team will host a summer camp so members can prepare for the 2021-2022 season. The summer camp will last through the start of the Fall semester.
