For the first time, Miami Dade College’s celebrated restaurant, Tuyo, will take part in Miami Spice.
Miami Spice is a restaurant promotion that showcases the very best of Miami cuisine. The special promotion of $39 per person (beverage, tax or gratuity not included) for a three-course meal is offered Aug. 1- Sept. 30, Tuesday through Friday.
Tuyo, located at the top floor of MDC’s new Miami Culinary institute at 415 NE 2nd Ave., offers an exclusive panoramic view of downtown Miami. The restaurant offers environmentally friendly practices such as locally grown food from the Institute’s organic garden.
“We are very happy to participate, it’s a great way to showcase the restaurant for the first year to the wider audience. Come and join us!” said head chef, Jeff Rey.
