Miami Culinary Institute Enthusiast Classes

The Miami Culinary Institute  at  the Wolfson Campus is offering a new season of culinarium enthusiast classes for the fall semester.

The Culinarium series consists of four programs of study composed of: culinary, beverage, baking & pastry, and professional development.

Under the supervision of  renowned  chefs and beverage producers, students will learn pastry making, wine, health, knife skills, and even courses in regional cuisine such as “Cuisines America” as well as Asian and Mediterranean cooking.

Basic Cooking Skills, wine tastings, food handlers and food managers certifications are also available.
