American Dream Scholarship Continues

Miami Dade College will continue to offer the American Dream Scholarship for the 2012-13 school year. The scholarship is offered by MDC to high school graduates in good academic standing, with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or more, and have college-ready test scores.

The scholarship covers in-state tuition for the first two years in college and is available to those who are legal residents of Miami–Dade County. The scholarship covers tuition and class fees remaining after all other scholarships, financial aid, grants and Florida Prepaid College Plan have been applied.
