Internships Available Through Non-Profit Year Up

Year Up, a non-profit organization that connects motivated students from low-income backgrounds to highly coveted corporate internships, is accepting applications.

Classes begin in January and August. Students can apply to participate in the upcoming session at www.yearup.org/seize-opportunity/

Although applications are considered on a rolling basis, students are encouraged to apply early because space is limited.

During the year-long program, students spend six months learning technical and professional skills in a classroom setting and six months interning with one of Year Up’s partner companies, like Microsoft, Wells Fargo and Bank of America.

In order for students to participate, they must be between 18 and 24 years old, be a high school graduate or GED recipient, be of low to moderate income, and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
