TheDream.US Scholarship is accepting applications until Feb. 28.
Applicants must have Temporary Protected Status, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals or have been in the United States without legal status since Nov. 1, 2017. They must also demonstrate financial need, have graduated from a high school in the U.S. with a minimum 2.5 GPA and have less than 21 credits from a community college or four-year institution.
Recipients will receive up to $33,000 toward a bachelor’s degree to cover tuition and fees at a partner college. They will also be eligible for a yearly stipend of $1,000.
Partner colleges include Broward College, Florida International University, Miami Dade College, Palm Beach State College, University of South Florida, University of Central Florida, Valencia College and Florida Atlantic University.
