The South Florida Educational Federal Credit Union is hosting its second annual art contest to raise funds for Miami Dade College’s food pantry college-wide.
Students must submit an original piece of artwork that corresponds to this year’s theme, My Miami: Celebrating the Culture, Landscapes, and People of your Miami Experience.
Artwork must be 8 x 10 inches, contain an original title and include a personal statement. Students are allowed to submit one artwork.
The winner will receive $500 and have their design featured on a T-shirt and sold at all SFEFCU branches. Two runner-ups will get $250 each.
Entries must be submitted by Nov. 22 at 6 p.m.
